Shipping policy

We know the feeling of waiting on a package you're excited about — so we've made our shipping as quick and worry-free as we possibly can.

What to expect

Once your order comes in, our team prepares it within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). From there, delivery takes 8–12 business days to any address in the United States — and it's always completely free, no minimum required.

Following your order

You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can watch it travel to your door. Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.

Delivery area

Right now we deliver across the United States only — it lets us keep every parcel tracked, insured and on time. We're not able to reach PO boxes or military addresses just yet.
